Salon Policies

Cancellation Notice:  We require at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients.

Late Cancellations:  Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 39-50% (depending on service) of the total service price.

No-Shows:  If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full price of the service.

Deposits:  For all services, a 30-50% deposit (depending on service) will be required at the time of booking online.  For bookings made in salon, you will receive a link to pay deposit prior to appointment.  Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within the 72-hour window.

Emergency Situations:  We understand that emergencies happen, and will make reasonable accommodations when possible.  Please reach out as soon as possible in such cases.
